Biography
Considered the "Ghost of SHOOT Project" by his peers and later entrants into SHOOT, the man known as NEGLIGENCE is a decorated veteran of the sport. Then, he walked away from it all. Rumors said he settled into married life. Other rumors stated he simply disappeared off the grid back to his homeland. The only thing that's certain with him, is that nothing is truly for certain. He is the voice and will of DeMONSTRance now. A tactical mouthpiece and weapon that willingly follows the will of Arthur Pleasant.
