SHOOT Project announced today that every active member of the company’s wrestling roster will receive a $100,000 bonus, effective immediately. The payout will be distributed across all four tiers of the SHOOT roster, with no carve-outs and no caps.
The bonus is funded by the company’s banner first half of 2026. Consecutive sold-out crowds at The Pinnacle in New York City, the inaugural Master of the Mat tournament weekend, and record numbers across the merchandise engine, the PinnacleBets integration, and the live gate have produced the strongest revenue stretch the company has logged since the relaunch.

Distributions will be processed through the standard talent payroll cycle. The roster heads into the previously announced Spring Break with checks in hand, ahead of the post-break return to programming.
