The card featured the finals of the singles Master of the Mat tournament (Jamie Johnson vs. Arthur Pleasant), the finals of the tag tournament (The World Warriors vs. 16 Chambers), and three championships on the line: the World Heavyweight Championship in a triple threat between Corey Lazarus, NC-17 and Arthur Pleasant; the Premier Championship with Vito Valentino challenging "Kamatayan" Izzy Sia; and the Empire State Championship with Ricky Tenet challenging Johnny Napalm. Grudges settled across the night included Holden Nobody vs. Laura Seton, Michael Draven's first singles match in eight years opposite Madison Seton, and The Darkspade facing his own daughter Charon of Death in a match no one was ready for.
