SHOOT Project returned to the Pinnacle tonight for some jam packed wrestling, Master of the Mat tournament action, and storylines that refuse to stay quiet. Zenith 015 is now available to read in full.
"Kamatayan" Izzy Sia defended the Premier Championship in the opener against the young lion from Japan, Yorinobu Sakai. Four Master of the Mat semi-finals narrowed the field on both the singles and tag sides, with World Warriors, Planet Motherfucker, the Moonshiners, 16 Chambers, Arthur Pleasant, Madison Seton, Ricky Tenet, and Jamie Johnson all fighting for a place in the tournament finals. Corey Lazarus answered NC-17's theft of the World Heavyweight Championship with a mystery partner and a challenge he made everyone in the building accept on his terms.
Johnny Napalm came down from the crowd to issue an open challenge on the Empire State Championship, and what answered him should not have been possible. A red-robed figure on the Jumbotron chose their next project. A daughter promised her father unfinished business. And by the time the Pinnacle lights came up, two Master of the Mat finals had been set in writing that has twenty years of this sport's history pressing down on it.
