Sam Gideon

Solid frame. Well-built. Dark hair, always kept short (either buzzed off or a few inches at the most). Perpetual five o'clock shadow. Tattoo of a silhouette of a diving sparrow on his right pec and one of a scythe across his upper back from shoulder to shoulder (its blade on his left).

Scars: a collection of stab wounds along his right ribcage and one on his lower back, long barbed wire-brought gashes along his left hip to his spine and on the inside of his left forearm from elbow tip curving around to his thumb, a bullet wound breaking part of the sparrow tattoo, a trio of them just below his left set of ribs, and one through his left trapezius muscle, one running from mid-forehead to his left ear just before the hairline, small and barely noticeable ones along his face.

A pair of black bootcut jeans left untucked from a pair of black 13-eyelet combat boots, a black leather belt with a silver buckle, and both hands/wrists wrapped in white athletic tape.

Gideon has accrued a solid knowledge of varying fighting techniques throughout his years, though has mastered none. He prefers straight-up brawling due to both his strength and size, but is comfortable enough to hold his own should the battle be taken to the canvas in a grappling war.

TRADEMARKS
-The Hollow: Gideon first grabs his opponent by the throat and uses his free hand to grab hold of their waist before lifting them off of their feet, releasing their throat before he quickly drapes their closer leg over his shoulder and dives forward to his knees, driving his opponent to the canvas on their upper back. -Aneurysm Suplex: Coming up behind his standing opponent, Sam ducks his head under his opponent's left arm as he wraps his own right arm behind their neck and head and his own left arm around the front of them, linking his hands together tightly. Immediately, Gideon steps forward with his left foot and pivots 180 degrees as he swings his opponent backwards, dumping them on the back/top (depending on velocity) of their head. -Spiritus Sancti: Sam scoops his opponent up onto his shoulder, as if to go for a running powerslam, and then hoists them up so that they are facing forward by placing his hands under their biceps, forming an inverted crucifix hold. He then dives forward and slams his opponent face-first into the canvas. (A fall-forward inverted version of Mike Awesome's Running Awesome Bomb.)
-East Coast Lariat: A stiff, powerful lariat that can be delivered from any number of positions and without warning. (Stan Hansen's Western Lariat.)

STRENGTHS
-Pacing: Rarely one to choose to sprint without first knowing his surroundings, Gideon prides himself on knowing when to rush things and when to let them slowly play out.
-Pain Tolerance: He's not super human, he's not immortal, and he's not a monster, but Sam has learned to ignore all but the most intense of pains when in a confrontation.
-Surprise Factor: Since he never sticks to one method in and of itself, many of Gideon's attacks can come from seemingly out of nowhere.

WEAKNESSES
-Jack of all Trades, Master of None: While his greatest strength may be his ill-defined repertoire of strikes and grapples, his greatest weakness stems from his lack of mastery in any one particular field, leaving him at a disadvantage against much more experienced opponents.
-To the Highest Bidder: Sam's existence in the professional wrestling ring is solely for monetary gain and, as such, he holds no allegiance to any person or ideology that is not willing to pay his fee. This can lead to disaster should his employer be the wealthiest decision and not the wisest one.
